Now our enterprise makes rectifiers VT-04, which are functional analogue before issued rectifiers VT-03.

PURPOSE
Rectifiers are designed for transforming alternating three phase voltage into regulated one constant voltage for feeding
traction engines of constant current.
|
|
They are manufactured in the following modifications:
- VT-03-TEU- for installing on TEU-630;
- VT-04-ADE for installing on ADE-01;
- VT-04-UK - for installing on stowing crane UK 25/28 SP and stowing crane UK-25/25;
- VT-04-PRSM - for installing on railwelding machine PRSM-6;
- VT-04-TEU400 - for installing on TEU-400 (when repairing it is
installed instead of rectifiers of the device V-TPP-500-460UZ);
- VT-04-PTM - for installing on PTM-630.
There is microprocessed control unit BUTV-04and two (for PTM-630 -one) power units BS-500M,
BS-500K or BS-830 (it depends upon modification) in rectifier.
Rectifier performance algorithm is determined with program,
there fore control unit doesn't require adjustment during operation process.
Program is different for different machines and it can be changed for using on
other conditions of operation.
Power unit BS-500M has protection from dust and splashes.
Rectifier provides:
- smoot voltage regulation on traction engines;
- tracking out current of electric engines;
- forming the working area of voltages and currents for the givesn type of engine;
- the functions of current limitation and emergency cutoff of tiristor rectifier from power feed under emergency currents in load;
- smooth transition of performance modes of traction engines;
